Stuck at 54Mbps

have you found a solution to this issue? I'm experiencing the exact same thing, stuck at 54Mbps on my R6200/A6300 combo on the 5G side. I have other N devices that connect up to about 104Mbps on the 2.4G side, but that's not why I bought this expensive router combo. I'm not getting any better speeds than I was with my old $50 router. I'm wondering if I have a bad A6300, but it says it's connected using AC mode. Any suggestions?
