Updated driver software today and now I get this error "The NETGEAR A6210 adapter is not found"

Question

This morning I had a message saying I had an update A6210_v1.0.0.35 ready to install. I installed the update and now my adapter will not work at all. I get a "The NETGEAR A6210 adapter is not found" message during the install and there is no recovery.
