Upload speed significantly higher than download speed

So I have a combo of a Netgear router (its SSID is Netgear31, I don't know the name of the router) and a Netgear adapter (A6210) which I use for my gaming desktop.

Recently there has been a dilema in which my upload speed has been significantly higher than my download speed when infact my typical download speed is 30 mbps download and 10 mbps uplaod.

Doing a system restore has allowed for a temporary solution for approximentaly 30 minutes only for the same issue to persist. It has gotten to the point in which my download speed is incredibly small while my upload speed is proportionatally larger.

Latest drivers for both products, I have them installed without Genie.
