What is EDCCA?

I went to device manager to look at the settings on my adapter and noticed that EDCCA is disabled but I don't even know what that is and searches online to find out what is it has been useless So my question is what is EDCCA and should I enabled it or keep it diabled?

    I think it may be Enhanced Detectable Chosen Ciphertext, which results in a few more hits in a seach. Sorry but I know nothing about it so don’t know what if any advantages there might be in enabling it.
