WNCE2001 power is yellow/orange, lan is green, wlan isn't lit at all.

I am using the WNCE2001

 

wifi adapter....with my panasonic smart tv.....all of a sudden it just stop working....the power button is a yellow/orange color the LAN is green and the WLAN isn't lit at all. I do not know how to trouble shoot this.....I believe a long time ago I used netgear genie but it doesn't show up in the netgear genie app....only my router.......Please Help. Thanks a bunch!

    Hey James,

    When I click on the solution that helped the other person. I don't understand the steps. They're taking to a person who already understands the lingo. What is tfpt.

    So where exactly do i go and what do I do?
