WNDA3100v3 constantly losing connectivity
Hi All,
Internet connectivity has been appalling recently with this device. We are trying all sorts here trying to fix it and have even been back to the shop we purchased it in!
I have ascertained that on 20/07/2016: 'Driver Service added (WNDA 3100x3' and 'Driver Service added vwifibus'.
We think the connectivity problems worsened after this update?
We have uninstalled and re-installed the CD that came with the device.
I have found out that our current driver version is: 5.1.20.0. Which I believe to be the most updated one?
And still the connectivity issues persist.
Which may also be of note (forgive my naivity and ignorance of these things!) is the fact that there is no wireless card installed on the motherboard? I've been told that this is the preferred option and that the WiFi adapter is a temporary thing?
If anyone has any suggestions or tips to help us resolve this issue we'd be most grateful.
Thank you,
(VERY!) Frazzled14

Hi Frazzled14,
Check the driver is on the latest by visiting support site. You may uninstall it and reinstall using the standalone driver.

Thanks for your reply James. I'd already checked and believed that I had the current up-to-date drivers, both before and after re-installation but wasn't sure. We gave up in the end and brought the adapter back to the store to replace as it was still under warranty.
I have saved your answer in case this one acts up too!!
