AC 750 weak signal

Hi, , I am getting 105mbps on my router wireless connection but only 2mbps on the AC750 extender connection, any tips on what may have gone wrong?

    So i have done a factory reset on the extender and connected via the mac rather than WPS. This has increased the speed to 20mbps rather than 4 but the main router is still chucking out 103mbps HELP!!!!!!
