AC1200 Wifi extender EX6110

Purchased a NETGEAR WiFi extender EX6110. Struggling to set it up. Tried and completely failed to set up using WPS, did not work at all despite numerous attempts. Then tried manually via mywifiext, which connected initially but no internet. Tried resetting but again failing to get anywhere, gets stuck at scanning for router band stage. Is there a number that I can call to speak with someone?

    What channels is your router using?  

     

    You can register the extender at my.netgear.com (uploading your proof-of-purchase), and then open a support ticket.

      I have just purchased AC1200 extender. All appears on my WiFi list but can’t log in as it does not recognise the router password. Keeps telling me it is wrong. Any suggestions please. Nothing complicated as I just wanted this to plug in a socket and off I go.!,

      How do I upload my proof of purchase. Can’t seem to find anywhere

        You can check your registration at my.netgear.com, and from there you can upload your proof of purchase.
