AC1200 wifi extender

I recently bought this AC1200 wifi extender, got it setup, and upgraded the firmware to the latest version. I have it in my basement and then plugged into the ethernet port running it to my PS4. 

 

Every 30-40 minutes there is a hard drop and the unit has to have the power cycled to work again.

    Hello Patrick

     

    You may want and change the wireless channel on your router could be something interfering with the connection.

      Hello Darrren, 

       

      Thanks for responding. 

       

      Anything connected directly to the route has no issue, only items connected to the extender. I can be directly on my router on my cell and no disruption, however anything coneected to the extender loses connection and the extender has to has the power cycled inorder to work again. 

       

      I created a case for this issue and have had no response for over 48hr now.
