AC1200 Wifi Range Extender Problem

I can only get WiFi reception half-way to the other side of the house with my NETGEAR17 Nighthawk DST Router R7300DST & DST Adapter DST6501 (NETGEAR17_EXT). What is next - run a landline ethernet from router to the other room on other side of the house?

    You may need another DST adapter for the other side of your home to get the coverage that you are wanting.
