AC1200 Wifi Range Extender

I am having trouble connecting Apple devices to the Wifi extender and as it says in the instructions the wifi router password is the same as the extenders but when I go to connect it is says failed to connect because of wrong password! how do I find out what the password is to my extender?

    Hi Freya1200,

     

    Welcome to the community!

     

    You can access the UI of your wireless router and find the IP address assigned to the extender and use that to get to the extender's UI. Once there, you will find the password.
