AC750 Model EX3700 keeps asking me for sign-in

Question

Why is my extender suddenly asking me to sign in? Recent change after years of use and means I have lost e.g. Amazon access etc on TV and mobile phone. Why has this suddenly started to happen? How do I turn off?

Did you set it up using the push button WPS option?

If so, factory reset the extender and set it up using the installation assistant.

To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.

What firmware is on the extender?

Hi, I've now got a Netgear account but when I try and sign in when requested, the sign in button never works, what ever access I'm using (TV, mobile phone etc), it just stays on the input screen. Any advice?

Try a different pc/laptop/device&nbsp; and/or web browser
