AC750 set up

Question

Hi, when setting up my extender it doesnt come up with my existing network name but a pre-populated ones - jpm2_2GEXT and jpm2_5GEXT and i can't edit these.

Any ideas what to do?

Hi Kopite,

Which AC750 Extender do you have? For example: EX3700, EX6100, EX3920

Connect to your extender network,&nbsp; go to Settings, WiFi, then change your network's SSID.

&nbsp;

Or Power on your extender, the press the factory reset button for at least 7 seconds. Release the button and the extender will restart.

On your computer, connect to NETGEAR_EXT and go to mywifiext.net to complete the setup. During the setup process you can name your Extender's network.
