AC750 Wifi Range Extender - 2.4ghz disconnected
Hello,
I've had this wifi extender for over a month without any problems - my wifi is connected to the 5ghz connection but I have to connect my PS4 to the 2.4GHZ connection. Earlier this week one of my flatmates disconnected the main router and so I lost connection to both. I've managed to get the 5ghz wireless back but the status of 2.4ghz is 'disconnected'. Have tried resetting to factory and double checked the router hub to make sure 2.4ghz was enabled (which it is), still nothing!? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jason

Should also add that the extender now has a red light for reuter, which obviously means the signal strength has an issue. What's odd is that it didn't have before and also hasn't affected the 5ghz signal or connection.

Disappointed there's no one from netgear that responds to these - the extender is pretty much unusable for its purpose now after only a month.

Hi sonhouse6,
When your flatmate disconnected the router, was the router moved away from its original position?
Please try placing the Range extender in the same room as the router and test the connection.
Also try changing the WiFi channel on the Router, as it may be on a crowded channel, thus not able to reach your Range extender.
