Brand new Samsung S6 Smartphone will not communicate with WN3000RP

Please check if they are running the latest firmware which is listed on each page:

Login to your extender to check -  mywifiext.net

 

Are you able to connect any other devices to your WN3000RP? or is the S6 the only one unable to connect?
