Brand new Samsung S6 Smartphone will not communicate with WN3000RP

Hi, it will connect to BT openzones Wifi but wont download or send any data. It connects to the main BT home hub wireless in my house and downloads data quickly. Ive tried the smart switch option - it has no effect. The s6 doesnt have a microsd card.
Ill try the samsung site. Thanks Mark

    Hi has anyone had any luck on this issue? Just got the S6 and have the same router WN3000RP and having the same issues?

      Hi skmtl,

       

      Can you please confirm if you have tried any of the troubleshooting steps in this thread?

      Are you able to connect any other devices to your WN3000RP? Can you please check your model version (v1,v2,v3) and if you are running latest firmware on the WN3000RP?

       

      There is a common issue with the Galaxy S6 WiFi connectivity, Samsung may have an update on their official website.
