This might help, it includes the details for a static IP address, though I’m not sure if this applies to the device as a whole or the specific network. If it is a device wide setting then it can cause problems if you connect to other networks (because the IP address may not be on the same subnet, or if it is that IP may already be allocated).
The instructions mention DNS but you should also set the device IP address and the Gateway, as a test use a high number in the DHCP range of the router e.g. 192.168.1.222. If it works and you choose to stick with the setting then reduce the router DHCP range e.g. end at 192.168.1.200
