Can’t update EX2700 firmware
I’ve tried endlessly to update firmware for my EX2700, and go around in circles. It tells me I have no internet connection (I DO!!). I try again; I get the same message.
Even after a factory reset, it still does this.

The extender might be refused to acess the Internet on your router e.g. when some security controls are set in place. Still, you could run a manual update - head to https://www.netgear.com/support/product/EX2700.aspx#download to download the current firmware in the ZIP archive, unpack (you need the .img), and upload the .img file manually.
