Cannot connect past "obtaining an IP address"

EX2700 n300 - Started getting cannot "obtaining ip address..." and will  not connect. Can only connect on one Windows 10 laptop. Cannot get the IP to connect on android phone, android tablets, Macbooks ot iPads. I have reset the extender, updated firmware but still cannot get the connection completed. Everything had been working well for about a year but now cannot get IP numbers to connect.

    I believe it is my router, not the extender. Will be replacing the router.

    Hello AKD

     

    Have you tried to change the security type on the extender or the wireless channel? also you may want to do a factory reset and go through the extender setup again.
