Cannot connect to Extender network - EX6150|AC1200
On my Android phone, in the WiFi Network settings I can see the two networks I set up on the Extender (2G and 5G). When I try to connect to either one of them, I see on the Extender a green connection light, but on my phone I also see a message that says 'Internet many not be available', and I get no internet connection. I can connect to the 2G and 5G networks that are associated with my router. Why am I having trouble connecting to the Extender's networks?

Did you set it up via wps? If so, factory reset it and rerun the installation using the installation wizard.
What firmware are you on?
Router you're connecting to?

No, I used the 'Connect with Web Browser Setup'. The router is using WPA2 security settings. The service is Specrum and router is: ASKEY RAC2V1K Router

I'm following along because we started having the exact same problem about a few days ago. Unless they've updated the firmware in the last 5 minutes, I'm up to date on that. I've reset with every different configuration I can think of.
All of our devices, both Apple and Windows-based are having the same not connected to the internet issues through the extender. Xfinity for our service with an Asus router. It has been working fine over the last year until this.
