Cant find router in Nighthawk app

Question

With the latest app update&nbsp;i cant connect my mighthawk app with the Extender EX8000The&nbsp;extender is working but the nighthawk app cannot find the routeri can login with browser in extender and all is working wellbut the app cannot connect??already performed factory reset on the Extender , then new installation but the nighthawk app won't find the extender in installation proces&nbsp;even when connected to netgear_ext wifiExtender configured with browser and extender is working great again&nbsp;but not with the nighthawk appAny suggestions&nbsp;

I'm using i iphonetried the solution disable iCloud, ip en mac but that doest do the trick&nbsp;johan

Are you using a iphone?&nbsp;
If so, make sure to disable icloud relay, random mac, random ip.&nbsp;
I've seen them cause a slot of issues lately

Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling?&nbsp;
It works fine through the browser though?&nbsp;

Yes tried that to but app wont find extenderAnd yes works fine trough browser but the app cant Connect

I have the same problem over the last 3 weeks, same exactly issue.Nothing fix the issue, I am waiting a next app update to see if they fix that.Everything is working perfect on the browser and also I checked with my network monitoring tools (FING and WireShark)PS: I have this same apps installed on Android device, and it work without any problem, the issue is related to the iOS version.
