Cant login to nighthawk app

My extender is working but I cannot login to the app, I've tried resetting the extender, tried clearing cache, can't reset password, can't use routerlogin.net or mywifiext but I was able to login on the computer. How do I get the login to work on the app? Using an s10 phone?
