change auto channel to manual wn2500rp

Question

i have the access point WN2500RP setup and it works great, but the auto channel is giving some clients grief when they log in. the channel keeps changing and a near by access point from someone else (i have no control over) is on auto channel as well and keeps giving interferance on the 2500. tried to change it but it is grayed out. any ideas or suggestions

I actually don't have this unit but if I'm correct, based on manual there is only channel changes for 5ghz?if so try chaining the main wireless router's channel if that helps
