Hello explorer12
You have to factory reset the unit for every new router you want to connect the unit to make sure you hold the reset button for 10 + seconds.

When I follow the instsructions, puch in the reset pin in the back and hold for seven seconds, it does not seem to do a true factory reset. When I sign in to the repeater, the old named 2.4 and 5 mhz networks are still showing. By all rights with a factory reset, they should not be present any longer.
Any tips to assure a complete factory reset?

Log into the EX6200, go to Settings > Other and select the Reset option.
