    Hello explorer12

     

    You have to factory reset the unit  for every new router you want to connect the unit to make sure you hold the reset button for 10 + seconds.

Hi. I have a wn1000rp and have changed broadband suppliers. I can't reset and as i can't logon to the genie app without connecting to the extender i am stumped. Can you help?
