Computer has connection to the router, but needs "Approval login"

Greetings everyone!

I have the Wifi range extender EX6200 which used to run with no problems, but I do have a problem now. My computer, and smartphone tells me that it has connection to the router, but a little triangle is at the icon. My computer says that I need to login, which I never needed before. It asks for a username and password. I have tried with admin and the router password, but it did not work.
