Configuration Issue

Hi all

 

Can someone give me some advice on the product above, I have configured this device but it only seems to work when using the EXT on the SSID.  If I set it to my exisiting SSID on both 2.4Ghz/5Ghz is doent seem to work, should I have purchased a different device?

    You typically do not want the extender to have the same name as the main wifi because it is creating a new network so you will want the EXt name on the ssid.
