Is you device getting a IP address when connected to the extender?

Hi DarrenM,
Yes, when connected to the extender I have IP address 192.168.1.128. Security is WPA2 PSK. My PACE modem/router has Router/Gateway Address 192.168.1.254 and authentication type WPA2-PSK (AES).

  Have you tried to factory reset the device and try setup again? Also make sure the extender is on the latest firmware.
