Connect WN3500RP "One Port" to router downstream?

I wanted to know if, after connecting to a wireless connection using the WN3500RP, the "One Port" connection could be used to connect to another router's WAN port to create a sub-network? I live in rental unit and am given access to the "guest" ssid but would like to have my own subnetwork that gets WAN access from the "guest" wireless access as well as network access to all my shared computers. I was hoping that setting the router downstream to the WN3500RP and setting the default gateway to the WN3500RP would be doable. If anyone has experience with this, please let me know before I make the purchase.

  • You will probably going to have an issues but if works you can..

I don't think guest SSID will refuse different subnet if it is simple home end routers .
