Connection to Router Issues

My nighthawk extender EAX20 (AX1800 4-Stream Wifi Mesh Extender) is no longer connecting to my router. I have changed my router password but it still keeps saying it cannot connect.  Help please ?

    what router do you have?
    have you tried factory resetting the EAX20 and reinstalling using the installation assistant?

      It’s a huwaii router.

      All my other devices are connecting in except for the nighthawk. I haven’t done a factory reset yet

        Try the factory reset and reinstall using the installation assistant and NOT wps.
