Connectivity

I JUST received my EX2700 NETGEAR EXPANDER

It is powering up as the light is bright green

But I am not accessing the website to finish

my setup.

I changed browsers as they said that website is local

I tried to bring up  the wizard but nothing I tried the

genie nothing

I do not know what is firmware, OS I think means VIAO TAP SONY

I have windows 10 installed

I live in a tropical country Trinidad & Tobago

    Hello gromyko31

     

    I would try to factory reset the unit by holding the reset button for 10 seconds then try to log back into the setup.
