Downstream and Upstream Lights Blinking No Internet

Question

White lights blink across the unit and won't stop.&nbsp; I have tried to reset and power off and on multiple times.&nbsp; No luck.&nbsp; What do I do now?
My unit is in my garage.&nbsp; Does cold effect the unit?

Please try factory resetting the unit and running through the setup instructions again.&nbsp;
