Early total Failure -- less than 23 months

There is no reason a wireless extender should fail in under 2 years

Do you expect every electronics to last forever? All life of electronics has unknown life duration which no one can make.

It is unfortunate that may not last longer than what you expected doesn't means you can negatively states a products unless it did not performa as advertised.
