EAX connecting to laptop has no internet problem
I have an RAX200 router smart connecting to an EAX80 extender, both with the latest firmware. When I have my mac laptop connect to the extender in the beginning of the day, it says that laptop cannot see the internet. After going back and forth for a few times, it says that it can see the internet. How do you fix this consistently?

Thank you for reaching out. I assumed you followed the steps on the link that you have provided and still got no internet access, is that correct? If yes, was the extender working before on your network? If yes, did you try to reset the extender and try to reinstall it? Does this affect all wireless devices connected to the extender? Have you tried the wired connection to the extender if it does have internet? What are the LEDs on the extender?

- It affects all the devices connected to the extender
- I have the problem even after a reinstall
- It happens some times, it works at times

The wired connection worked.
The debug took too long. I gave up and returned it.
