EAX15 Extender- Extending my 2.4GZ network but can't see the 5GZ network?

When settin up my Mesh extender it only recognized the 2.4GHz network and did not recognize the 5GHz network.&nbsp; Does this product only extend one network at a time?

Nope, it does both.&nbsp;Does your router have 5ghz? what router is it?&nbsp;how did you set it up? using wps or the installation assistant?&nbsp;Thanks

Yes my router supports 5GHZThe model is RAX45-100NAS (AX4300)I setup both my router and extender using the nighthawk app on my phone

Are you using smart connect on the router?&nbsp;And onewifi on the extender?&nbsp;

Smart Connect is turned off on the router&nbsp;Not sure what you mean by "And onewifi on the extender? "&nbsp; I only can see the 2.4GHz on the extender.
