EAX15 kills wifi network

Connected using WPS to Telmex Arcadyan router mode n, speed tests 12mbs download. After 1 to 3 hours, speed drops to 0.25mbs download. Unplug and replug, network recovers back to 12mbs. Telmex suffers intermittent internet dropouts 2-5x per hour. EAX15 has latest firmware. Distance to router is only 3 meters through a concrete floor. Signal from router is -32 average with 20% noise. EAX15 was not changed from default confiuration for a range extender. Can anyone tll me what is going on?

My old TP-Link extender works fine but cuts speed in half.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the WiFi Extender products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with WiFi Extender products. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Would be helpful to know what the EAX is connected too and distance between the EAX and what it's connected too.

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.
