EX2700 - No WPS on New Frontier FIOS Modem

Hello I have a Netgear EX2700 WiFi Range Extender and just set up service with Frontiers FIOS which uses the NVG468MQ Modem.  The installer noted that these were 'new' modems.

Well according to the Netgear instructions one needs to push the 'WPS' button on the EX2700 and then the WPS button on the modem for them to connect.  The problem I don't see a WPS button on the modem.

I don't see any other option/way to connect the EX2700 to my wifi.

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi csiaudio,

    Welcome to the community!

You can try manually connecting the extender to the main network as described on page 10 of the installation guide on this link.

      Hi Dexter,

Yeah I tried that multiple times and it walks me through the steps but then no matter what I do it brings me back to the log in page.  I tried to manually input the SSID and still nothing.

I tried to 'reset' the extender because I used it with a different modem thinking it was possibly holding info but that didn't help either.  This is very frustrating and since I can't contact Netgear (which sucks) I'm not sure what I'm gonna do.

      Thoughts?
