EX2700 router light won't turn on

I'm not tech savvy at all, but have followed directions exactly. Plug in, power light turns green. Press WPS light, it blinks green for a while, press WPS on my router, then it blinks a while and completely shuts off and only power light is left green with router light never turning on. I've done the factory reset, but still won't work. Very frustrating. Anyone have suggestions?

    Hi Shadow31, 

     

    Reset the extender and join the NETGEAR_EXT wifi network. After you connect to it, browse to www.mywifiext.net using a web browser and follow the setup instructions. Please let us know the outcome.

      Thanks Christian. I went to the website and was able to complete the process. I can now stream movies without hiccups - Thanks!
