ex3700 device led light not on, all other lights are green

Question

I am running a MAC with an airport router I have the most up to date firm ware for the extender. Device LED light is off, but on my iphone I can see the extender when i go onto wifi connection

Can you explain what issue you are having with the extender will it not connect to your Airport router or will your devices not connect to the extender?

I have been encountering the same issue myself. My home WiFi works fine and the all other lights (router, etc) are green but the device light is not on at all.

I tried using devices to connect online with the extender and no connection.

Have you tried to factory reset your extender and do the setup agian?

I am having the same problem. &nbsp;It worked for about 2 weeks and now it won't work the the router light works for about 3-4 minutes and then it turns red. &nbsp;I have reset it a bunch of times.

If the router light is going red you are getting a weak connection you may want to move the extender closed to the router.
