ex3700 device light

so my ex3700 worked for me for about a year prior to the last week and now it still feeds a signal to my pc will wired in but the device light will not comeback on ive restarted the system unplugged and restarted the internet and ive tried some hot fixes and nothing works, like i said previously it still feeds a signal but its not good enough to play any game without serious lag watching live streams and making video calls are all skippy and the connection gives out very often, im sorry if i explained it poorly just frustrated and would really like to get this fixed
