EX3800 Not able to connect to NETGEAR_EXT

I have bougth a EX3800. I can't connect to NETGEAR_EXT.

I can't even find it on the list of network I can connect to. It is not there. I have tried to reset to factory settings...

    Hi Venevil,

     

    Please see page 38 of 47 for a full factory reset:

    http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/EX3800/EX3800_UM_28May2015.pdf

     

    Then see page 10 for setup via WPS and page 11 for setup via web browser.

     

    Try connecting your computer to the extender via an ethernet cord. Disconnect your computer from any other internet connection,

    then open a web browser and go to 192.168.1.250 or mywifiext.net
