Ex6000 and Sky

For some reason I am unable to connect my extended to my Sky router, please could someone let me know if the extended can be used with a Sky router. Thanks

    Hello Bluebell8111

     

    Have you tried to connect via WPS and also the manual connect? Is your sky router using WPA2 security? Also you may want and try to factory reset the extender before trying to set it up agian.
