EX6100 EXTENDER no client light

For some reason, the extender is not connecting. The client light is not coming on. After resetting, powering off the network and starting again, hardwiring from the extender to wireless router there is no change. This has not happened before. The router light is on, but not the client light. Has anyone experienced this?

  • I have overlooked the obvious. After moving the extender around the house a bit, both lights green. Conditions seem to have changed.

    Have you tried to connect using WPS?

      I did try that. It seems to have settled into a rhythm of having all green lights most of the time. Well, mostly.

        Has the extender connected to the router? if not have you tried to factory reset the extender and then try doing the setup with a Ethernet connected to the extender.
