EX6100 Help

I recently installed a EX6100 extender and set up went great. However, when we move to the sction of the house that required us to get the extender to begin with, our devices show we are connected and show we have full bars but we are unalbe to use any app that requires a connection. It acts as if we have not connection. What may the problem be?

    Log into the Admin pages of the extender and take a look at the status of the connection to the base station (router). Did you follow guidelines on positioning the extender?
