EX6100 New Router
I just purchased a new Wifi router, and I can't figure out how to connect my EX6100 Wifi range extender to my new router. Whenever I go to www.mywifiext.net, it comes up with this message:
"You are not connected to your extender's WiFi network."
I am not very tech-savvy, so I am super confused what I should do. I cannot log in to change settings on the extender because it just says I'm not connected to the extender. Typing in the IP address http://192.168.1.250/ doesn't work either, and just tells me the site can't be reached. Any suggestions?

You need to be connected to the Wi-Fi signal broadcast by the extender in order to www.mywifiext.net to work.
If you still have trouble, then perform a factory reset of the extender. According to the manual, you'll need a paperclip. Press the button inside the little hole until the Power LED blinks amber, then release the button. Wait for the Power LED to turn solid green. Then proceed to set up the extender as if new out of the box.

I have tried Factory Resetting the device multiple times, and it still gives me the same message when I go to either webpage.
- Did you first connect to the extender's Wi-Fi signal?
