EX6100

Hi all,

 

My EX6100 extender was Firmware Version 1.0.2.28 I found new one and I have updated to   EX6100-V1.0.2.6 now I can't access it and enter how to downgrade it to the old version

    That sentence is a bit hard to understand.

     

    Are you asking how to access it, how to downgrade it, or both?

     

    What happens when you try to access it on the usual way?

     

    Have you reset it and set it up from scratch?

     

    When it comes to the downgrade, get the older version from the support pages got your device:

     

    Visit the support pages:

    Support | NETGEAR

    Feed in your model number and that page will have a library of firmwarefor your device.

    Look for the model number on the label on the device.

    Check the section in the manual on updating the firmware.

    Finally, while many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge. In your case, the EX6100 is an extender. You might get more help here:

      When I upgrade Firmware Version EX6100-V1.0.2.6 I login to the router error message appear (This site can't be reached)
