EX6120 can't install via Mac

Dear Community,

 

The product of EX6120 can't access via Mac book as I have tried several times. The day before yesterday, I also did by wifi access by web browser and can't set up. Today, I tried by using MacBook via the same step and used ethernet to support, but still can't process anything. Would you help to suggest any help for me? Sorry for the trouble.

    Did you set it up using the push button WPS option? 

    If so, factory reset the extender  and set it up using the installation assistant.

    To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
