EX6150 disconnect clients after a time period.
After installing two separate EX6150 as AP (access points) they both disconnect
Wi-Fi devices/clients, which are wall mounted and steadily fix’ed.
This behavior are observed after apparently one or two hours,
on both Wi-Fi band. (2.4 & 5 Ghz), or with single band operation.
The client requires manual reconnection to the EX6150.
The EX6150 have been reset to factory default and moved around at various locations,
but no more than a few meter from the clients and various Wi-Fi channels have been tested,
but the same behavior is observed constantly.
This is not observed on any other tested AP or WiFi-Routers,
with same clients and environment. (Asus, Zyxel, Cisco, D-link, and so on)
If this is a built in function it should be as an option,
if not, it should be dealt with as a bug and fix’ed.

Hi SteinarGrande,Can you please confirm the firmware version on the EX6150 and which router is connected to it?
The Netgear support web page state there is one (1), fw, the initial. The router is irrelevant.

Hi SteinarGrande,
You can try re-flashing the initial firmware onto the EX6150. Download the zip from the support page, unzip the .chk file and manually upload it to your EX6150.
See page 42 of 50: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/EX6150/EX6150_UM_7apr2015.pdf
Also try changing to WiFi channels that are less crowded, on the EX6150.

I have exaclty the same problem. I have tried 2 different EX6150 and both exhibit the same problem. After a few minutes, the connection to the devices drops. There is a hardware problem somewhere and Netgear is unaware of it. I upgraded the firmware on both devices and they do exactly the same thing.
