    1. Are you getting an error during the setup process?

    2. Please make sure that you are using the correct password for the router during setup.

Hi Dexter

Yes I was still getting the issue. I did some online research and apparently the Hitron router I have is notorious for not connecting to extenders. I have bought myself a power line adaptor which does the job. Thanks for following up!
