ex7000 - brand new. All ethernet port LED green

Brand new device, the only action I get when I plug it into a power source is 5 led lights lit green signifying they are plugged in, but the ports are empty. Nothing else works, can't see the extender wifi network or connect to my router via wps. Trying to reset it doesnt have any affect either, doesnt respond to my holding the reset button at all.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
